EDWARD CAHILL - CPA
Ed grew up in small-town Iowa and received a bachelor's degree in Accounting and Economics from Iowa State University. Ed's post-college career before moving to Boulder included a position in the auditing department of a Chicago bank and CPA/Audit Manager with a regional Iowa CPA firm. Providing services to individuals and privately-owned companies in a local firm setting requires a working knowledge in all aspects of taxation and accounting. Ed's goal is to provide meaningful and cost-effective assistance in coordinating client's short-term tax and accounting demands with longer-term planning considerations. This often involves collaboration with financial and legal advisors.
Ed and his wife Sherry spend lots of time with their three grown children and five grandsons. Ed enjoys hiking, biking, camping, skiing and feels fortunate to live in Colorado which provides many days of great weather to enjoy these activities.
RAGAN CAHILL - CPA
Ragan was born in the Midwest but moved to Colorado at the age of two. Growing up, Ragan attended Boulder County schools. Ragan graduated summa cum laude from Metro State University in Denver December, 2014 with a degree in business with accounting emphasis. In January, 2015 she joined Cahill and Associates full time. She earned her CPA certification in 2018. Ragan has two boys who have kept her extremely busy with their academic and athletic pursuits.
DAVID BROUGHAM - CPA
David is a graduate of the University of Denver. He has a Bachelor of Science in accounting and received his CPA certification in 2004. David has worked in public accounting for 30 years as well as owned and operated his own retail business for 9 years. David lives in Westminster and enjoys spending his down time with family, friends, and his 3 dogs.
MAX WYSS - STAFF ACCOUNTANT
Max is an accounting professional currently pursuing a Master’s in Accounting at MSU Denver and progressing toward CPA licensure. A Boulder native, Max earned his BS in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Colorado before joining Cahill, where he has worked for nearly four years. Outside of work and academics, Max enjoys riding dirt bikes, skiing, and collecting sneakers.
